🗞️ News

Microsoft’s partnership with Mistral

Microsoft has announced a new multiyear partnership with Mistral, a French AI startup valued at $2.1 billion. The deal will see Mistral's language models available on Microsoft's Azure AI platform.

Microsoft is taking a minor stake in Mistral and the partnership will focus on developing and deploying large language models, similar to Microsoft's partnership with OpenAI.

AI news reader

Former Twitter engineers started a startup called “Particle”, that uses AI to summarize news articles from a variety of sources. Particle presents users with a quick bullet-point overview of stories in its private beta app and website.

The startup has raised funding from investors like Kindred Ventures and Adverb Ventures.

Nvidia’s free cloud gaming service

Nvidia's GeForce Now is a cloud gaming service that allows users to stream and play games without needing powerful local hardware. It currently offers a free tier with limited gameplay time per session and queues to access.

Starting on February 28th, the platform will show two minutes of video ads while waiting in the queue. These ads will help cover the operational costs of the service.

That’s all.

Stay curious, leaders!
